James Sanford
Managing Partner
Jim leads DIG’s capital markets team with a specific focus on project/infrastructure finance, equity and debt solutions.
Prior to joining DIG, Jim spent 20+ years on the New York based fixed income derivative trading floors of JP Morgan and Credit Suisse covering hedge fund clients. Prior to DIG, Jim founded Sag Harbor Advisors, a middle market investment bank boutique focused on raising capital in the commercial real estate, private equity, VC, and project finance sectors.
Rahul Bhardwaj
Managing Partner
Rahul leads DIG’s broadband technology team with a specific focus on broadband service provider corporate development, telecom operations, project finance, and FCC and CRTC regulations management.
Rahul has spent 15+ years across the telecommunications industry focusing on finance, policy, and technology. Rahul started in corporate venture capital within the Bell Labs ventures group, and then went on to hold a variety of corporate and business development functions within ALU and Nokia corporation. Prior to joining DIG, Rahul co-founded Washington DC based consultancy and services firm, Codetize Technologies Inc.
Michael Bidwell
Managing Partner
Michael leads DIG’s design and construction team to optimize and deploy the necessary contractors and vendors to deploy utility scale broadband infrastructure. Additionally, Michael works closely with our municipal partners to achieve the necessary permits, approvals, and overall partnership contractual relationships.
Prior to joining DIG, Michael spent 15 + years working for global infrastructure design and delivery companies such as Jacobs and Stantec to help them deliver over $1B worth of critical municipal infrastructure.
Aidan Kahl
Partner
Aidan is involved in DIG’s sourcing, RFPs, commercial due diligence, financial modeling, equity and debt syndication, and portfolio management.
Prior to joining DIG, Aidan worked as an Analyst at biotech venture capital investor ARCH Venture Partners. Aidan graduated in from the University of Chicago in 2019 with a degree in economics.
